Avoiding HMO scams

Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) may be difficult to understand because of the rules and the do’s and don’t’s it contain. With this confusion comes, agents who might take advantage of you. For you not to fall on this kind of trap you have to be understand first everything about HMO, Read every document and let the agent explain anything you cannot understand. Be careful in dealing with agents. Always watch out for scams. Normally, your policy should be arriving in six weeks and you should get annual reports. Receipts are important as well, they should always be given during transactions. Anything that is given by the company should be kept and saved, save all HMO documents.
